Our customer rewards program is called S Club. Membership to S Club begins automatically, the day you move in and remains in place throughout your entire stay with us.

• FLEX Payment Options*
  Just in case you need another week or so to get caught up, we will let you pay your monthly rent in two payments!
• Deposit Cash Back*
  Have you been with us more than two years? If so, we will cut you a check for half the amount of your security deposit. No questions asked.
• Renewal Gift
  When it comes time to decide whether or not to stay at Sequoia we’ll make it easy. First, log-in to your online account 24/7 and check out your lease term and pricing options. Then renew online and pick from our gift options!

Our Sequoia team members, do all that they can to make the experience matter for you each day. Therefore we offer the following set of services at all Sequoia locations.*

• Accent Wall
  Sequoia offers a palette of six playful colors for our residents to choose from. Simply indicate to us which color option you like and we will customize your home in advance of your move-in!
  
  
• Dry Cleaning
  Limited on time? If so, simply drop your dry cleaning off with our office. We’ll send it out and notify you when it returns!
• Heading out of Town?
  No problem. We’re happy to water plants, pick up your mail, collect newspapers, and deliver packages to your home while you are away. Just let us know when you are leaving and we’ll take it from there.
• Refreshment Bar
  Your community is equipped with a gourmet refreshment bar stocked with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and bottled water. Stop by and have a complimentary cup, or two, on us!
• Frequent Referral Program
  Team Sequoia is committed to creating referral-worthy relationships with our existing customers. If we have accomplished this goal, there is no better way to show us you’re happy than by referring your friends and family. To return the favor, we are pleased to offer a frequent referral program that allows you to earn more money each time your referral moves in!

• Harvest Festival
  Our annual harvest festival is a great way to introduce your family to ours. Bring your little ones down to enjoy the fall festivities during this BIG October event. At the Harvest Festival they can have a blast and cash in their mini sticker collection for the year!
• Pet Appreciation at Sequoia (PAWS)
  Sequoia loves our four legged friends and we know what makes them happy. From pet walking stations to treats in the office, we’ve got ways to make the typical “walk” a special one! Also, join us on Facebook to talk pet tips, tricks, and fun with our team members and fellow neighbors.
